Since 2013, Huazhimei Company (hereinafter referred to as "HZM") has been focusing on the development, production and sales of core components of laser copying machines and printers such as Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta, It provides various types of fuser film /fuser roller /transfer belt, and provide OEM&ODM development, production, and sales services from raw materials to finished products.

Core products includes: Polyimide film (PI film), fixing film, pressure film, fuser upper roller, pressure roller, transfer belt, electrostatic conveyor belts and other key parts. The enterprise has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certified by TUV in Germany, and has a strict production management system and quality control process to ensure the stable product quality.

HZM technical backbone is set up by the development team of a famous Japanese company. It has nearly 20 years of experience in developing core components and other related technologies. Through the technical precipitation and perpetual research of the R&D team, we have successfully break through key core technologies such as polyimide materials modulation and production film-forming and electrification, and have been successfully applied in products such as fixing films and transfer tapes. Simultaneously obtaining patent certificates for multiple technological inventions and utility models.

As of August 2023, various types of polyimide films the pipe diameter φ 18~ φ 360, thickness 30-200 μm have been successfully mass-produced. And new production lines have been set up in the third quarter of 2023, achieving a fully automatic production line for polyimide films and transfer tapes. Meanwhile, the regeneration business of the fuser has been gradually launched.
